There are several courses to choose from including the new Royal Golf Club. This links style course is causing a huge excited commotion throughout the golfing industry. The course includes tons of water hazards, bunkers, and exciting twists that are waiting to be conquered. The courses design is much like the courses found in Scotland.
If you are looking of hot temperatures, travel between April and October when temperatures reach up to 48 degrees Celsius. If you are looking for cooler temperatures, travel between November and March when temperatures reach up to 20 degrees Celsius.
Awali Golf Course
The desert course at Awali Golf Club on the southern part of Bahrain Island is without question the oldest golf club in the Arabian Gulf area and perhaps the oldest in the entire Middle East. The clubhouse sits atop part of the rim that forms the basin within which the course lies. It offers views of the 1st, 7th, 10th, and 18th, teeing grounds and fairways, plus the 6th, 9th, and 18th, greens.

FORE! Lee Westwood ball ends up in a woman's shirt !!!
Lee Westwood hooked his drive on the 13th hole into a crowd of folks at the Ritz Charlton Golf Course as a part of the Accenture Match Play Championship.
This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.
What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
